I am really glad we found Best Private Tours, trying to figure out Italy as an outsider isn't always simple but I can honestly say Best Private Tours really did make it simple and professional and friendly. We've used Best Private Tours our last two times to Italy. That also, includes my wife, brother-in-law and sister- in law. Luca, was wonderful  in helping plan our Itineraries. He was very accommodating and made sure we saw not only the high tourist locations, but off the beaten path attractions. We had a private driver, Alex, who not only spoke good English , but showed us many different  places we wouldn't have known about (wineries ,restaurants, local points of interest). Best Private Tours provided my family with one of the best private tours we have ever had.  We were able to customize it to include all of the highlights that we wanted to see, and our driver, Samer, was completely flexible with our plans.  Communication was great from the moment I sent Luca an email.  We were a family of four, with 2 young children, and Samer was the best driver anyone could ask for.  He was helpful, friendly, and professional, and he provided great insight for our trip.  Our highlight was arriving to the Valley of the Fallen when it opened, and we were the only ones in the memorial... absolutely awesome!!!  I highly recommend Best Private Tours for all of your travel needs in the Madrid area.  We will definitely use them again if we ever make it back.
