OVERVIEW

Bordeaux is home to one of Europe's biggest 18th century architectural urban areas and stands out as one of the first French cities to have entered an era of urbanism. The city has been proclaimed worlf heritage of the Unesco in 2007 and is considered the "Pearl" of the Aquitaine region.
 
Médoc is an AOC for wine in the Bordeaux wine region of southwestern France, on the Left Bank of the Gironde estuary that covers the northern section of the viticultural strip along the Médoc peninsula.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

We offer you a private customized tour of the most spectacular sights of Bordeaux and Medoc region with our comfortable and air conditioned Sedan/Van departing from the port of Le Verdon.
 
You will have a fluent English speaking Driver who will escort you through the discovery of the area. 
 
You will enjoy a morning panoramic tour of Bordeaux and see the most famous monuments including the Esplanade des Quinconces, the Colonnes des Girondins, the Grand Théâtre, the Allées de Tourny, the Cours de l'Intendance, the Pont de pierre, the Saint-André Cathedral and the Tour Pey Berland.
 
In the afternoon you will experience a visit and wine tasting session in a Classified growth or Cru Bourgeois estates that have been carefully selected for their exceptional setting and quality of wine. You will learn a lot about the history of the estates, the wine making process as well as the techniques used during the wine making. The visit is followed by a wine tasting session.
 
Return to the port of Le Verdon.
